It's like returning to Scotland
Wow! Truly wonderful customer service - these items mailed so quickly. This is the second time I’ve ordered from Scottish Creations and the items are top-notch - so lovely. Everything is beautiful - especially the Harris Tweed items. During these times we tend to hear so much bad news - I wanted to reach out and say ‘Thank You’. It’s like returning to Scotland.

I have been celebrating my Scottish heritage for many years now and during that time I have purchased myriad items from different shops and online companies. Scottish Creations came across my radar recently and I placed an online order for a few items that stood out to me. Almost immediately after placing the order I received a phone call from the shop apologizing that one of the items had recently gone out of stock. Hilary was nice enough to offer an alternative choice that could be shipped immediately. This simple act of thoughtful communication meant that I could get my products within a few days (during the holiday season no less). The alternative selection was a fantastic substitute that will be a welcome addition to our home. My experience with Scottish Creations has been nothing but a good one. I have ordered 2 things so far. The first was the Heather necklace which is beautiful. The second was one of the purses. I absolutely love the Harris Tweed design. I ran into an issue with the purse and contacted Hilary right away. She responded in a timely manner and was very apologetic. She went above and beyond to resolve it. I can’t recommend this small family business more!

Perfect. Nicely Scottish tartanned without grabbing the headlines over the rest of the outfit; a subtle Tartan. Good size, big enough for all my important stuff - it proved I don't actually NEED a suitcase as handbag.

I got all 3 of the new Scottish critters. I gave 2 to others, one to a couple who love the games (my brother) and another to my sister in law, even though she works for Ireland tourism. The third, the stag, is on our tree. I have been collecting oranaments to represent our travels. The stag will represent our 1st Scotland trip. A beautiful little guy.
